Wrzuć jeszcze raz libpngdo głównego katalogu foobaralub do katalogu wtyczki ColumnsUI w Twoim folderze osobistym, pewnie podczas instalacji się był ten plik zapodział
U mnie to pomogło z obrazkami w ColumnsUI.
Właśnie m.in. dlatego wszystkie komponenty są w osobnych podkatalogach:

I haven't designed this, but I can make an educated guess. Some components require files (data or DLLs) in addition to their foo_*.dll. By keeping everything from a component in one folder, it is easier to update or remove components. Otherwise you would need a database to track which files came with each component.Out of curiosity - what is the purpose of storing each component in its own directory? -
